Some of that depends on the Post Office. I mail your package no later than the next morning after payment is received. Some packages go out the same day depending on the time that payment is received. Most packages are delivered in 2-4 days after they are mailed. International packages take a little longer.

Yes, full refund available within 15 days. You may return items that arrive damaged or broken (DOA - Dead On Arrival) for a refund or exchange. I will supply you with a prepaid return mailing label you can print out and affix to the box. We do not accept returns due to incorrect model or your product experience.

Please email us. Leaving us a negative feedback does not really tell us who you are so we can solve your problem. We would be glad to fix or replace the unit. Worse case, we can only give you a full refund.
